Order Replacement and Parts
If you need a replacement part for a product that you have purchased from Amway, you must contact our Customer Service team. They can assist you by replacing missing or damaged items, as deemed necessary. Any replacements will be sent once your return has been processed through Amway (if required) via Ground delivery.

How to Return an Order as a Guest
CAUTION! -Aerosols, Bleaches, Perfumes, Mouthwash, Hairspray and products with rechargeable batteries are subject to special return instructions. Do not return any of these products without first contacting Customer Service.Items that were shipped separately by truck should not be returned to Amway. Contact Customer Service for assistance.
Sales Tax Information for Guests
  • What sales tax do I pay when I purchase from Amway or an Independent Business Owner (IBO)?

    You pay sales tax based on the suggested retail price and the location where you receive the products.

    • If you have products shipped to you, you pay the sales tax in effect where they are shipped to.
    • If you pick up products at another IBO location, you pay the tax rate in effect at that location.
    • If you pick up products at the warehouse, you pay the tax rate in effect at the warehouse location.

Return Policy

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you try our products and are not completely satisfied, most may be returned within 180 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product price and applicable tax. (Note: 120 days for AtmosphereTM, iCookTM and eSpringTM products). 

This satisfaction guarantee does not apply to IBO purchases for stock or inventory.

Return Status Definitions

Refund Process:

  • Whenever possible, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • If there is an Accounts Receivable (AR) balance (IBO owes Amway funds), the refund will be applied to the AR balance first, then any remaining amount will be sent to the original method of payment on the order.
  • In Dominican Republic, the entire amount of the refund is always applied to the AR account.

Awaiting Return:

  • The return request has been submitted and we are waiting to receive the returned goods in our return processing center. The refund has not yet been processed and the return can be edited or cancelled.

Received:

  • The returned goods have been marked as received in our return processing center.

Processing:

  • The refund or replacement is being processed.

Complete:

  • The return is complete; refund has been processed or the replacement order has been shipped.

Canceled:

  • The return has been canceled.

Payment Reversal:

  • This status will appear after you click on Manual Refund and before you click on Refresh. This status indicates the reversing of the funds has been initiated but not completed.
