How to Use

1. Dispense 4 pumps of the concentrate into the cap.

2. Fill the cap with water to the middle line (20 ml).

3. Rinse your mouth for about 30 seconds, then spit out.

4. Use twice daily after brushing and flossing.

Do not swallow the rinse.
